All returns are subject to a standard 10% restocking fee.

Return requirements:

1. Must be within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. The item must be listed on our site; custom orders are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Custom orders.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
